External User Manager gives you the ability to fully control how Guests are invited into your organization and which Spaces they get to interact with.

📄️Import Existing Guest Accounts to External User Manager

If you've been using Microsoft Teams for a while, there's a high likelihood that you'll have one or more existing Guests who were added to the organization before you installed External User Manager.

📄️Guest Invite Restrictions in Microsoft Teams

Once you Convert unmanaged Teams to External User Manager, users will no longer be able to add Guests through the default Teams UI.

📄️Manage EUM Administrators

The highest level of access and customization within External User Manager is reserved for EUM Admins. As an EUM Admin, you're able to control all Guest Access settings within EUM, create and manage Onboarding Procedures, and institute Access timeframes and evaluations.
