Conditional Policies
Upgrade your governance infrastructure by leveraging conditional governance settings
Introduction to Conditional Policies
Conditional Policies give you granular control over Guest Settings in specific scenarios, allowing you to apply specific Rules for specific use cases. When first configuring EUM, you'll likely set up Standard Request, Approval, Onboarding, and Access Review procedures. However, on certain occasions, you might want to have special rules in place.
Condition Packages
Condition Packages are the base for Conditional Policies; they allow you to bundle different Conditions together, to define cases in which the respective Conditional Policies are applied.
Prioritizing Conditional Policies
You will probably have several Conditional Policies that apply in different use cases.
Conditional Access Reviews
With Conditional Access Reviews, you're able to institute stricter Access Protocols for Teams that contain sensitive information or don't require long-term Guest Access.
Conditional Onboarding
Conditional Onboarding allows you to present additional training materials or explainers in the form of Media elements whenever certain Conditions are met.
Conditional Approver Groups
Conditional Approver Groups allow you to designate approvals for more restrictive Teams to Senior Management, or just put Department Heads in charge of approving their staff's Guest Requests.
