How Do I Get the Actual Template Name Instead of the Template ID?

There are several ways to view Template Names, and they'll vary based on your role within your organization.

As an Admin, you can navigate to Settings > Templates to view all active and inactive templates in a single spot.

As a regular user, you'll only be able to view Active Templates by starting the request submission process.
